This exceptional, highly authentic small kasbah-style Eco Hotel with a pool is set in a commanding position overlooking the foothills of the High Atlas Mountains just 15 minutes' drive from Agadir.  There is abundant evidence of their commitment to sustainability: solar panels, organic food production, earth construction and rainwater saving. These features are cleverly married with a high level of service provided by the charming staff including the resident owners.

Accommodation: There are 12 Berber style bedrooms: 3 are spacious suites (55 square metres, each with a double bed and 2 single beds; the remaining 9 rooms  have double or twin beds – most cover 25 square metres, but some are ‘superior’rooms (35 square metres) and  have space for an extra bed for a child. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with traditional fabrics and furniture including interesting touches such as specially commissioned poetry above the bed. All bedrooms have a shower, air conditioning and heating and offer traditional toiletries such as Moroccan soft soap.

Location: Set on a knoll in beautiful valley amongst argan trees in the foothills of the High Atlas Mountains, it is easily accessed by a minor road off either the Agadir by-pass or from the east side off the Marrakech road.

Services and other points to note: Ideal for rural activities, gentle trekking, nature lovers or those just wanting to relax on the terrace by the pool, yet also within easy reach of the highly contrasting beach resort of Agadir. A number of activities allowing insight into Berber culture are on offer including cookery lessons; these are offered daily in their spacious kitchen for groups of 4 -10 participants. Resort Activities - For those wanting some experience of a more mainstream resort holiday, the nearby city of Agadir provides night clubs, a vast range of restaurants, a promenade, a marina.

Meals: Excellent food is served in a beautiful dining room, in the courtyard or by the pool. The menu is mainly Moroccan and is presented with flair and imagination.
